No clickbait. It's more like an anglicism. English has and always had much influence on german language and many terms has been adapted in german 1:1. As the word "kindergarden" has been adapted in english, but is a german word. Many words and terms that are used in english have no real german equivalent and if they have, they are not common in "internet language".
So yes, the uploader could have used another german term, but "hands-on" is quite usual in german "web-talk" nonetheless. Especially on youtube. English words like "trailer" or "review" are used in german as usual. Nobody would say "Filmvorschau" oder "Produktrezension", even if that would be the proper german equivalents.
