If you have VoIP phone service and can get the SIP addresses and ID's, you can use third party VoIP Phone apps to make calls. My service has their own app that it works just as good as my home phone using my phone credentials. All calls look as if they are coming or going to my home phone.

+Luis Ruiz In which country do you live and how much would the zenpad cost? I wouldn't recommend the Galaxy Tab E Lite... It's to old in my opinion with KitKat. Then get the ZenPad which has Lollipop. Other alternatives would be Galaxy Tab A 7.0 which has a better screen or the Amazon Fire if you want a very cheap but good tablet.

The ZenPad is running Lollipop. I don't think ASUS will ever release an update for it, at least they didn't in the past. But since you are in the US you could get a Lenovo Tab 3 7 with Android 6.0 Marshmallow: http://amzn.to/2b8BJoT Outside the US you can get it with Lollipop only so far. The Galaxy Tab A7 has a better screen though... but runs Lollipop.
