Can I use a Mi 5x case for my M1 Phone?
For someone in the UK which of these would you suggest? I can get them for roughly the same price. I'm guessing the stock Android UI would be more convenient but more more convenient doesn't necessarily mean better.
I personally prefer the A1 because I quite like stock Android now. It's not as barebones as say a few years back where they lacked many of the features such as quick toggles, split window etc. However with that being said, if you're a fan of MIUI then perhaps the 5X may appeal to you more. Also one major thing to consider is that you can flash stock Android onto the Mi 5X, there's a way to do that but there's no way to install MIUI on the A1 AFAIK.

Only reason I was drifting away from miui was it being buggy heavy on ram and slow ......Buggy mostly
But now with miui 9 even on device with 2gb ram it runs smoothly and it is very very stable on regular basis and feature it has only adds to the value of device .

Q1. Are there any manufacturing defects in Mi A1 "Black- Made in China " variants compared to "White - Made in India" variants.
I have read many reviews on internet forums that Black variants which are made in China have some manufacturing defects and people are facing many problems particularly from the black - made in China variant like dead pixels, light leakage from sides, low screen quality and dull color saturation, automatically reboot and bootloop problems, heating, hanging problem, low 4G signal reception problems etc compare to white - "made in India" model. Overall Black "made in China" variants have low quality hardware components compared to White "made in India" variants. During flipkart sale in 4 to 8 Oct 2017, white - made in India variants get out of stock in few minutes or hours but black one remain in stock till the full end of the sale. I was very shocked to see that. It Means many people may know that Black "made in China" variants have issues.
Will these problems fixed in new batches which will be delivered after 4 to 8 Oct flipkart sale?
(Very Important) Q2. Is there any chances that New batches of Mi A1 "BLACK" variants which will delivered in October after flipkart India 4 to 8 October sale, come with "Made in India" models and not "Made in China"?

+Vik J not sure tbh. It's possible the other way but I haven't seen any official or unofficial port. Although technically it should be feasible
ok so i am gonna risk it on my phone btw if i brick it , it will be reversible? i mean could I still revert to stock android by flashing from mi flash tool in fastboot mode ??
Vik J not too sure mate. I'd recommend checking mi forums or XDA before proceeding to see if anyone has done it before or for advise
