This tablet exceeded my expectations in almost every thing except for the camera. https://www.youtube.com/post/UgkxLNmVocUk8tnSkwWIlYSNFzWRIaFTBuzS The screen is gorgeous, the battery life is so long and lasts much longer than my note 9 phone, and the quality of this tablet is just incredible. It lasts for a very long time while streaming, going on apps, surfing google, online shopping/browsing, playing games, and etc. I didn't find it as big of an issue as most did with to many apps not working for the tablet's size. The apps I use daily work great with the tablet and fit the screen well. I didn't find an issue with it being to heavy and I am not one to handle heavy lifting well. I didn't find it that awkward to hold like some reviews said. I have yet to get a screen protector and its still in perfect shape. The screen isn't overly fragile. Its a tablet, so just be careful as you would with anything valuable. The seller was very helpful in getting it here fast for my friend's birthday! I was scared of ordering it online from anyone but it turned out great. I worried for nothing. My friend and I both love it. He shares it with me since I never had a tablet and use my phone like one.

I have has the S2 since it came out and LOVE it. Display is the BEST I have seen.

2015 edition uses an Exynos 5433, but the 2016 uses the Snapdragon 652 (not 635). Think S2 is the way...

The newest version of the tab s2 comes with the snapdragon 652 chipset not the 635.

I still use tab s2 and it's slowly showing age in various ways although it will probably hold up for another 2 years

Anyways the only good things about tab s3 over tab s2 is a bit faster led flash quad speakers and some other smaller perks and yeah that's it basically

Did a total compare between the galaxy tab s2 with android 7 and galaxy tab s3 with android 8 side by side and believe it or not the OLDER galaxy tab s2 on the google chrome was about 5% faster loading web pages, and the older galaxy tab s2 had slightly battery battery life.
