the water cooling in the s7 edge is water cooling because there is coolant in it. when you cut it open the water very quickly evaporated

Ive got a s7 with broken screen and S7 edge with working screen. Unfortunately s7 is as broken as I cannot get it to be able to recover the data from. However I can teardown my s7 edge in order to somehow use it's screen (swap from edge to non edge) to restore my data. Do you think the connectors will match and the screen will work for this purpose? If you can, please help me with your wisdom :)

Yeah k so now I get why my S7 Edge had sound issues after my charge port repair lol, looks like it's just an insane repair to do. Hard enough to find someone willing to, but they managed it without breaking the screen! Instead, the sound went to shit, with a distorting loudspeaker and dodgy call quality lol. I dunno exactly how they fixed my charge port in the end but they mentioned replacing an entire board..... in any case, it still got me an extra year of use so I could avoid the S20 series and get the S21 Ultra instead! :D

well. I think my battery is dead or something hapenned to the usb charging port. Can"t charge the battery via usb but The VR headset also called Samsung Gear can be connected as usual. So I don"t know if the usb port is damaged. I bougth a Qi charger and I will recieve it in three days from now on. I hope I could charge the battery this way u.u otherwise I have to send it to the service to check out and replace the battery
