How do I get a replacement for my lenovo phab2plus,it got broken, am in Nigeria

Wow, if I keep all parts on the basis mount frame, loosen the display cable and heat the display up, what can be the problem. I think its only the cable which is fixed on the wrong side of the main frame. I hope there is a good reason for it.

nice but why remove the fingerprint scanner from the back cover?

I think now Im ready to change the screen of my own phone
