repair HTC One M8 - Battery Replace

This video helped a lot. One thing I had to learn myself is that the battery ribbon has connections on the underside that need to be pressed down or the battery won't charge. Had to open the phone back up to remedy this but now it's working great. Thank you!

Hi; I have done the Htc One M8 process of changing the charging port and battery and when I turn on the grainy screen appears, as when the signal is lost on the TV. Any help as to why that happens to him? .
It worked fine before. It was turned off by the battery the last time I saw him alive.
