how about x9? is the same way to change LCD & touch disassembly?
The new screen stays black after performing this procedure, but the phone still boots and i can hear messages reception; it just remains black whatever i do.
any idea how to proceed from there ?

yes the m9 you had to take apart the whole phone
I prefer to do the M9 because the fact of the price of the screen. It's 5 times cheaper than this HTC A9. If you mess it somewhere you're f***ed with 100 bucks lol
