repair HTC 10 - Camera Focus Problem?

Fuck HTC. Now my One M10 has the same Problem but without Zoom. The Autofocus is just freakin out. Support is a bitch and they want for the repair as much money as you pay for a used one. Never HTC again! Fuck them.

actually I do have HTC 10 at first I did have problems with the camera but after the last update it run smoothly just make sure you do have the last update

probable rom or camera. Getting cyanogenMod or replace camera with flashable or phone is problem. Get iPhone 6 or s7

Bought mine Sunday, tried to take a picture Monday no luck. The unit would not focus, continuously got the laser error.
Called HTC about 4 hours ago, spent about 15 min. with him, tried what he asked with no luck. Was told to take it back.
I think the laser may not be aimed correctly. I tried an open source camera of the market that did not need the laser and it would focus. OK if you can't take it back but not for less than 24 hours of ownership.

It has laser autofocus issues and after all updates! Sometimes , I think that I'm crazy, there is noting wrong, and then BAMM , the phone goes crazy. And iIf you don't wipe it, disaster ! Most situations where problem exist is ,when you recording in transition lighting envirement, especialy inside on sunny day, with windows, reflections . I think that is something wrong with glass over laser. I will try to returning it.

keep laser autofocus CLEAN,and no prob with focus :) try harder samsung fan...:)))

it could be because your on autofocus or something

I cleaned my laser autofocus sensor and it got rid of this same issue.

Factory reset did it for me. Everything works fine now. No issues with the auto focus anymore. Software version 1.30.401.1 in Holland. Glad it worked because it made me mad!
