Cool, you need to heat it a bit first if you're using the clear plastic tape and suction cup (you also need to heat the Home Button area), at about 70-74℃ (for OLED check with the forums), regular blowdryer at the max speed (2) is just right. If on is using and SMD workstation, even if has temperature control, it's best to have a second opinion in the form or a temperature probe taped with Kapton tape on the glass of the LCD but prying with proper pry tools is the safest way (you'll tear the Home Button though and the cable going to the board, having a heat source is sometimes a must). It's best to do an DIY wood or plastic or stiff wire "delimeter" for the distance of the heat source (will need trial and error).

Can you please let me know what the reason is for the black spots ( dark) in the top left corner of the screen?
I have replaced the screen many times with the same problem! This happened after I had to go to a stupid repair centre in the Ilford Tish Centre next to SBI!
Since then, I've tried with 4-5 new screens and have had the same issues! Is it hardware or motherboard issues that he damaged?

Why does my speaker not work after I replaced the screen?

I bought a used iphone 6 for my brother. There is a small light next to the clock on the screen.. Is that the LCD light. Would the phone still works with the LCD light on. If I have to have someone repair it, how much do you think if will cost? Need your expertise please or any recommendations. Appreciate your help.
