First you disconnect the battery VERY IMPORTANT otherwise you might ruin the device....

When trying to lift the screen I discovered that is was securely GLUED down...... I had to use a real screw driver to pry off the screen.

they replaced my screen but the touch sometimes doesnt work

Cheers mate! My mum just came up for an ester visit, she said her phone screen was damaged and kept cutting her hands I said I could probably do it (I repair DJI Drones for a living) but I didn't want to get stuck into It if it needed a lot of adhesive removal or anything complicated like the more modern phones. One watch of this and I knew I could handle it!
Got the parts sorted for when she came up, 30mins later it was repaired and working like a dream.
