I have a 880 - 181 would I be able to install a rtx 2080ti ??

I hade bought a Hp Omen 880-068 Gaming PC on amazon n the one i got looks nothing like this, it's basically empty. I thought it would run good on games like fortnite n rainbow but it just freezes. It said HP Omen 880-068 Gaming PC, Windows 10, Amd:R5-1400, 3.2GHz, Nvidia-Geforcegtx1030/2Gb, 1TB, Black/Red, TWR (Renewed). Is this good?

A good friend of mine was telling me “don’t buy that pc man it’s not worth it bruh trust me” and I said dude this is for me not you I need a new pc my old one is dead the cpu is fried what choice do I have then he said “ok man just send me the pics” and I sent him the pics of the specs and what it has his response “bro I stopped reading when I got to the cpu” bruh just give me time and I’ll put a pc together for you what is you’re budget” I said don’t have one so I told him “look I’m gonna buy the tower ok I need a new pc plz don’t hate me man I know you were tryin to help but you don’t understand the situation I’m in dawg just let me be happy”. Hi, can you tell me whether HP has configured the water cooling radiator's fan to blow into our out of the case? And do they have another fan on the back of the radiator or just the single large fan with the radiator itself bolted to the back of the case? Thanks so much for any all details you can give about the water cooler configuration. I have this computer but with a cpu air cooler and am upgrading to the AIO water cooler, want to do it as close to stock as possible.
