i think she got the only defected PCS. otherwise i never faced a single issue she was high lighting. GSMARENA must be a american website and they are force to let down the Huawei product.

The face recognition reliability is the result of the phone coming into contact with a face that's actually as attractive as the phone. She's being aesthetically challenged and she doesn't like it.

Now in 2020 and even in 2019 I've never experienced any of the issues she describes , best phone I've ever had, and I've had both Samsung devices,Sony, OnePlus, and Apple. 10/10 for The Mate 20 Pro .
