wow this is… nostalgic… I bought a Xiaomi 4 phone back in the days cuz it supports windows 10 mobile 💀 it didn’t go anywhere however

i love windows! this is awesome!

This phone is a hunk of junk. It tries so hard to be iPhone and Samsung. I would rather have a low end Lumia.

Does anyone have a solution? I only have one problem with the phone and it's a major one. I have the HTC One M8 for Windows and the touchscreen malfunctions a lot while scrolling or typing. It's been happening a lot the past few days.

The touchscreen always flickers around the bottom center of the phone. (In a Windows Phone keyboard it's around where the v and g keys are.) While scrolling during web browsing it always holds in place like if I'm pinching the screen to zoom in and spams like if I'm tapping the screen like a maniac. While typing messages or searching on Google or YouTube for example, the v or g spams a lot and its uncontrollable and even it swipes by itself horizontally like crazy. Is this a hardware issue? It always happens after charging the phone or when I'm using it a lot (I watch YouTube and message friends that's it, and while trying to message anyone this happens a lot and it's uncomfortable to do anything on the phone.

Before anyone says that it's because it's Windows Phone, it can be because it is, but I looked up issues with the Android version and some of them had issues with the phone not registering any scrolling or swipes on the first touch or even tapping on any apps on the first touch on the home screen on the bottom part. There is no calibration system on the Windows Phone when I tried to find it on Settings.

If I am not mistaking, you will be able to incorporate android and ios apps in to the windows phone! If that is the case, then it is a win, win!!

did this phone get the "hey cortana" feature? thats when you voice activate cortana like you would google by saying "ok google"

Got this phone and LOVE it!  Prior to this version, I had the Android version and didn't like it.  I think that I was tainted because I had a Nokia Lumia Windows phone before.  I am so glad to go back to a Windows phone.

I'd like to get this phone, but it doesn't have Qi charging. that's built in to the Lumia, so I think I'll stick with that.

HELLO KITTY IS A GIRL!?!?!?

Just got this phone. Was tired of waiting for a proper 920 replacement. Have to say, I thought I would miss some things like hardware keys and cam key. But Its not that big of a deal to me I guess. I do miss the QI charging though. Needed to buy a longer cable for the phone at my bed as an alarm so I don't drop it cause the cord is to short. Sound really is nice though. The picture is more vibrant. and the microsd is really nice. I do wish the  camera was slightly better though. But all in all Im very happy with this phone and the latest software update.

As far as user interface, ios and android is dated. Windows 8.1 is kicking ass in that department. However, windows phone lacks apps. This is a huge deal breaker!! and to make matters worst, the apps that are available in the windows 8 phone store are not available in the PC/tablet verson of windows 8 store and vice versa. You'd think you could at least get cortana on a tablet!! Ha! Cortana sucks anyway. Even with a lack of apps I could never go back to ios or droid.

I wanna buy M8 for windows phone, but unfortunately i havent seen any unlocked ones that can work in Angola. there are only for Verizon and AT&T

Microsoft should never have reneged on the mandated hardware keys, it was one their only advantages over Android.

Wow. I had to pause the video and go look up Hello Kitty not being a cat.

I really wish HTC hadn't put a Windows version out on the One. It detracts from the head to head with Apple iOS.
