How long did it take to charge the first time?

The reason why it is so small compared to the Fenix 5x is because the x means extra large.

Very nice, except for the strap imgs.love/GarminV3?mたa It's narrower than the one on my old vivoactive watch. The Garmin software and the Connect app are unequalled.

It would have been perfect without the stupid touchscreen...they had to ruin it with the touchscreen.

How to charge it?

Thanks great review !,,, question I have heard that’s it’s NOT a good idea to shower with it !!!! Over time the heat steam etc will cause it to leak . Any answer on that .? Thank you

I got this watch and it could not connect to the garmin connect app no matter what I did. I will be returning it latet today amd probably getting a different brand alogether.

I bought this watch as my first smart watch/activity tracker/fitness watch. Love it. But what I have found is that between the Suunto and the Fenix there's a size difference like you you.lol. .jk

Wich one would you pick, if you have to choose between Vivoactive 3 or Samsung Gear S3 Frontier??

Let´s say I get an mp3 for the music and want the best watch focused on running (I don´t care about swimming, biking or hiking), around the same price class with good GPS and HR. Witch one would you recommend?
I´ve been looking at these:
* Vivoactive 3
* Fēnix 3 HR
* 735XT
* Spartan

Can anyone help me find the running watch I need?
I would like a good running watch with:
* Good HR and GPS like Garmin or similar.
* Spotify or at least a music player.
* Strava connection or a good app/site to plan runs on.
* Distance, Pace, Time, HR, etc.
* HR zone monitoring
* A good display would also be nice because I like running at night.
I can´t find any watch that seems to fit my needs... If anyone could help me I would be very grateful!
(Apple watch is not an option for me)

I have been looking everywhere for a watch that could fit my needs, but I can´t find it.
I would like a watch that has good (among the best) GPS and HR. And can tell me everything I need for running. I also want it to have music storage or offline steaming.
But it seems the choice is between a good running watch without music (Garmin) or a not so good running watch with music storage or spotify.

Is there a watch that would fit my needs out there?

I was looking at the Ionic but I am not convinced.
I love the spotify function on the gear s3 but is it good enough for running?
Am I better of buying some Garmin watch and a cheap and small mp3 player?

I got one of these and the battery lasts only 24 hours at most. It lost 40% while sleeping. What am doing wrong if this is meant to give me 7 days?

Thanks for the unboxing. So many of these Watches have HUGE bezels and I can't help but feel that this is the next frontier in hardware redesign. Just imagine how much more screen real estate could be had by swapping out those bezels for pixels. I don't think people want big watches. They want big screens. You already see this evolution happening in upper-tier smartphone design.

Is there a blue watch band available for the vivoactive3?

Edit: the blue you have for the 5, is that official from Garmin?

Does the stainless look girly?

I need a heart rate watch just to monitor my sleep. Can you recommend garmin
one, please?
