You do a really nice job of acting like a professional and not have that loud obnoxious rapp junk blaring in the back ground and saying the word "UMMMM" about 300 times. You get to the point and speak English well so I actually understand you well. Keep up the good work. I'm going to buy this unit because of what you showed here. It's not the very best of course, but for the money it has value and does a good job on most games. I do wish you would have said something about the warranty or support with these people. Have you had any experience with them or is support NON-EXISTENT like it is with most rotten corporations today in this country? They all say they have it of course then we find it's in Jamaica or Thailand with people that can't speak English and read everything off a computer and basically know very little about anything to do with computers, as well long hold times just to talk to someone if you ever do. thanks so much
