review CyberPowerPC Gamer Ultra - REVIEW

This is the origin story of my PC. It was similarly priced, it ran VR fine, etc. I didn't know shit about building it myself back then or how to find the best deal but nowadays there's basically nothing original left in it, well except the case.

I threw more RAM first, then an 8gb 580, then a 7 3800x, then my mobo died, then a new one with 32gb RAM and then a 3060 to replace the 580.

I still have this pc, upgraded all the components and made another pc out of the original components, for a home theater Pc, but all original parts are still running, 6 years later..

thats the thing, even if u find a good deal on a prebuilt, its gonna have something u dont need or want in it.

Not me using the case for a modern build 😂

Could this case fit a atx size motherboard? Like a b550 plus

You could fix the noise by adding some anti noise things that are sold directly from cyberpower.

YO I HAVE THIS EXACT COMPUTER! Except mine came with rgb fans and an ssd for 799 from Best Buy on sale. I upgraded the 8gb ram to 16, overclocked my ryzen 5, added 3 additional case fans and a hyper 212 cpu cooler, and gaming my cpu is at 30-40C depending on game, and 27-28C ambient running temp, with nothing open or in the background. This particular case has slight heating issues, which is why I added so many fans, and it helped tremendously!

I have the exact computer. As soon as I bought it my room became so hot and the fans are loud. I tried to fix but when I called there customer service I was on hold for 2 hours. Then i tried to return it. They made me pay for shipping I payed 300 dollars for shipping there computers are bad.

2 weeks later, the PSU is fried

Something to keep in mind now is that the pc is updated and now has an nvidea geforce rtx 2060 and a intel i7 :D
