For those of you that were wondering, the keyboard looks like what we used to have on the Blackberry Z10 where you swipe up the suggested words. I have included a picture with the keyboard in my written review: http://www.redskullproductions.com/blackberry-motion-review/

I have viewed every Blackberry Motion unboxing, review, and comparison. This review may be the very best, because of the thorough investigation and detailed information conveyed succinctly and without any useless, obvious filler. I am moving Redskull to the top of my Subscribed sites,

I really wanted this phone because it reminded me of my Z10 and Z30, but when you go into the Bell stores, the swipe to text feature is disabled. They give you the poorest option of seeing what this phone can do, instead the reps at many of the GTA locations push Apple and Samsung. I really wish this phone didn't have an "inconvenience key". A SD800 chip would have made this a step up from the Z30 as its successor.

NYTOC you can use the privacy shade on ur convenience key. I use it on the keyone, it's really great, you can turn on/off with a click. It won't be a distraction at all.

The reason Blackberry phones are expensive is because of the high quality internal components, high quality build materials, security, and amazingly long battery. I find the cost of the Motion more then reasonable for such a high quality device. The battery life is measured in days not hours (seriously it is! ). I have owned many different devices... Apple, Samsung, Huawei, Google to name a few as well as 4 Blackberry devices. I keep coming back to Blackberry for several reasons. They last! Last BB I had was the Q10. My phones always have a protective cover and the Q 10 was dropped 15x at least.. once from a second floor balcony onto grass.. the phone worked perfectly. Unlike the i phone, the old battery in the Q 10 still held a charge for a couple of days and it was original to the phone. Right up until the day I made a change, the Q10 still performed very well. I have had the Motion for about 6 weeks, use it for both work and play, and literally charge it every 3 days. I can grab it in the morning with only a 30% charge and not have to worry at all about it lasting through the day.. amazing! As well as the items pointed out, performance is excellent! it's fast, easy to navigate and use for multiple tasks at once and has many features other devices don't have at any price point.. "BB locker" is only one example. I can also say that the phone is comfortable in the hand, easy on the eyes, charges reasonably quick and has the security features blackberry invented, perfected, and have become relied upon for most BB users. I like this phone a lot and I can't understand why so many are against Blackberry. This is a top quality device not at all a cheap knock off of their old devices. This device along with others new to the BB line will impress even the most hardcore critic. If you have never tried a Blackberry, you will be a fan.

Does the phone literally feel comfortable like the Z10? That was the "perfect" size for an all touch blackberry. I currently am using my cousins LG V20 and the phone constantly slips out of my fingers, but man, I hate android keyboards! Always having to backspace and delete words because I cannot feel the letters of a key or the keyboard just starts automatically deleting all words. Please tell me this phone is nothing like that...I've been thinking of grabbing the LE Black Keyone...but that device doesn't compare to the Passport SE that I had until it died out.

Just wondering if you are in Montreal, I reckon the phone is the same price there as it would be here in Ontario?

i am in Ontario... this was a review unit...so i just guessed the price...i didn't pay anything for it

Redskull okay so this was not an actual fully loaded one? Based on what you saw in your own feeling, I mean, I've held both the Keyone and the Motion; the Keyone feels empty. Did you feel as if Motion had more to it even though both devices are similar?

I read review like yours and loved it. Then got this. Below is my review from other review.
This is what I like about it...
- Secure and updated all the time, its a Blackberry not a Apple or Google!
- Finger sensor in front! not like Pixel in back. I can once again place on table and open phone without picking it up!
You can also program like the pixel to swipe down to bring notifications.
- Cheaper!! Half Price as Pixel (but its not for games! not a gaming phone!, Really people, use Ipad or PC)
- Battery Live, Pixel would die after a day, and at times feel like pocket warmer really hot and always reboot.
- Blackberry, quick charge and when full your good for two days!
- Nano Diamond "Dragon Tail" glass. I never get finger prints on this! Nothing sticks!
- IP67 WaterProof. Not really needed but everyone does this now.
- Fine tune OS. It has Blackberry DTEK and lots of other common widgets and shortcuts a few screens away.
- Also back and free is BB HUB and bb software! Best way to get all communications and reply back to the as your sending from another email, best notification centre
- Convince button can hold three shortcuts. I have my as Calendar, Hub and Google Now
- Vibration!! Pixel would be in pocket and miss emails and notifications. On the Motion you hear it well and feel the phone shake! I know it sounds crazy but I need these alerts for work!
- Keyboard is probably one of the best, even the phone dude who sold it to me who has a Apple X was really surprised and said the typing experience is better than his. Its really like the Z30 keyboard.
- Storage, Pixel non, Motion - I popped in my 128 Gig 10 speed with no issues, not I can copy my song collection and movies for offline!
- Creamy snappy Android 7.1.2 Nougat OS
- Camera. Pixel wins but its mostly software. This camera works for me and storage space is amazing. Im sure someone can hack that new camera APK going around for better shots as it mostly software issues.
- Dick pic locker is a cool feature I must say, need to clean out my locker!
I enjoy this phone a lot! and I have used Apple 6,7, Samsung S6 and Goggle, This really feels like a solid phone.
Here are the specs for everyone again!
