Why does my BB DTEK50 freez

DTEK50 has but DTEK60 lacks FM radio, making the 60 unacceptable for me. Bizarre.
Recmbu, as a person who knows quite a bit about blackberry phones (im new to the whole thing) would you recommend the dtek60 or the priv as the better phone for an office job that involves alot of calls, a little bit of texting, and a decent amount of music/ podcasts? I currently have an iphone 5 and it can barely get me through half a day now without needing a charger (however do keep in mind it is about 4years old now and has been used steadily), nonetheless i am looking to upgrade and blackberry to be the way to go.

Blackberry doesn't run Kodi, so forget the 60, the 50 is plenty. The 60 is not worth double the price.
If it did run Kodi I would go for the oled screen.
Does DTEK 60 or DTEK 50 support two SIM card. I am looking for blackberry with 2 sim cards.

Blackberry phones are great but after sales support and service is horrible. Once you buy them, you are on your own.

Been using my DTEK60 for 4 days now and I must say I am really impressed. Android with the Blackberry sweet sauce spread all over it. Clean, crisp and lots of customization that you are able to do behind the scenes. The BB launcher(3 dots under the icon) declutters the home screens so much and still gives you all the widgets you could want. Plus hardware level security and encryption.
The DTEK app allows you to change all permissions for apps in great detail, super handy.
Minus the wireless charging (still has quick charge) and the waterproofing, it has similar specs to the S7 for a few hundred less and way better security and updates.
The flip case that you can buy with it from BB is awesome. Right out of the box, no apps to install, you can close it and it has a little window that allows you to take calls and see notifications without having to open the case.
So yeah great experience, especially for the tech savy. Wife has DTEK50 and loves it
