The best thing anyone can do is getting rid of the mechanical hard drive and going with SSDs, it’s fairly cheap to do nowadays and will show you the biggest improvements!

I’m still using my R5. I’ve upgrade the mechanical drive to three SSDs, went from 980 to 1070ti and added 32 gigs of ram. Only thing I can’t upgrade is the cpu, it’s the i7 6700. Guess I could put in a i7 6700k but wouldn’t really be worth it. It does everything I need it to do. I won’t even consider getting another until (if ever) prices come down. Excellent video!

The alienware desktops look nice, but I still prefer prebuilt. My specs are i5 7500 and gtx 1060 with 8gb ram.

I've never bought a prebuilt PC but the A5 really looks nice...if I can get it at the right price I'll be buying one.

How is that computer working for you now? I got one with an i7 and a gtx 950. Swapped it with a corsair cx750m psu and a gtx 980to an e then ..

I love the pc.. and let me tell you, going from a GTX 950 to a 980 TI really breathed some new life into the computer

wish it had more like the r4 and the old alienware area 51 alx! like internal lightning and moving top vents and motorised front door and lights on the back
