how to set the back camera of Lenovo TAB 2 A10

Hi! I have a Lenovo Tab2 A10-30 tablet, and I wish to make a simple customization to it, such that only a specific web-page is displayed when the screen is unlocked. Similar to how you have in hotels or restaurant where the tablets are customized so that the customer can only access specific functions, whilst other functions are restricted. Can anybody help me with this? Much appreciated ;)

Watching this review with this tablet right now and I must say this is an awesome tablet, battery life is incredible...!

Video apps aren't in very high quality, like videos in YouTube don't look great at all on my tab... is it just me?

Can I tether my mobile phone data to this tablet instead of using Wi-Fi to go online?
