review Dell Latitude 5285 - Review

hi my uncle gave me his dell latitude 5290 dont have the accessory (pen) can scroll around the screen and im restricted on doing a factory reset is there anyway i can do a full reset?

I bought a used 5285 last month for about $250 equivalent in Japanese currency. While the laptop is nowhere near today's technology (CPU, GPU, etc.) it still works well and even got updated to Windows 11 23H2. But it really depends on how this is used. Definitely not for gaming (even Minecraft will struggle). For daily Office stuff and internet use, this is fine. But what is probably a good use for this in 2024 is to wipe out windows and install a Linux distro

Great review. Bought it used for my mom - she doesn't do much with it, but is used to Windows and her Iconia W700, but that one is really getting old...
