Those are not problems, but missed opportunities. Please get your definition right.
Other than that, you have good arguments to why the phone is good.

The biggest issue imo you missed. The speaker is not stereo and also positioned in such a way that you can easily cover it up when holding the phone in landscape. So watching yt and such without earphones can be a pain.
