I don't get how it has the Always On feature with a LCD screen...?
The always on feature has to do with software it has nothing to do with an LCD or OLED screen.
@@redacted1939 are you serious right now? Always On is not possible on a LCD screen, it would need to light up the whole backlight...?
@@vasilepuscasu3048it would be possible with lokal dimming, which would make the display look almost as black as an OLED. But lokal dimming must come on phones first, therefore you're right but it would be possible.
@@vasilepuscasu3048 I'm like a year late but the other commenter is wrong. The entire LCD does light up because, as you pointed out, LCDs use a backlight. It is not comparable to an actual OLED always on display and doesn't look nearly as good and sucks up more power.
