Is it possible to use a microphone with the spdif port ? Ive been trying to use a headset microphone , got a splitter which takes in the two jacks but I haven't been able to get it to work. It doesn't even have the drivers for the microphone :/

Two things.
1. Wouldn't this be awesome with a laptop type MXM gpu? Perhaps in the future.
2. It has both msata and sata, does this mean one can fit both a 2.5inch drive and a msata ssd?

Does it incl wifi/wlan card?
Does it incl any ram? - i saw something 2gb there...
Would be nice if anyone who have this one, could answer my questions. Thanks in advance.

If you really want the truth about anything, don't take anyone's advice , research it yourself! I can't stand the marketing end of products! Very deceiving, it appears to be a brand new product and Gigabyte supplies a copy of Windows 8.1 Pro, but notice that it was pre-opened and the Windows license on the bottom of this device is under the actual Gigabyte System Sticker which really makes it look like you're really going to be getting a copy of Windows 8.1 Pro, but guess again, it doesn't! You will have to pay for a copy of Windows 8.1 Pro and if you purchase Windows 8.1 you will have to pay an additional $100.00 and you will have Upgraded your Windows 8.1 to Pro Pack and get Windows Media Center and the power of Windows 8.1 Pro. The rubber seal for headphone use is to plug the port when you're not using it so you don't get any dust in it, but what about the other ports? They don't get a rubber seal?
You must be running Windows 8.1 to be able to use Windows 8.1 Pro Pack.
You must pay again if you want a copy of Media Center, I just use XBMC and get a lot more for free, but you need to know the four different websites that I know of to enjoy endless amounts of Movies, Music, Karaoke, Video Games, Cable TV, Pay Per Views and much more!

Let's get really realistic! Understanding the use of the "Display Port"... The VESA DisplayPort 1.2 will pump out a resolution of up to 3840 by 2160 pixels at a refresh rate of 60Hz, and it supports all common 3D video formats. DisplayPort cables can also carry multichannel digital audio. On the other hand, DisplayPort can’t carry ethernet data, and the standard doesn’t have an audio return channel and is due for a update, but for now, using the DisplayPort at 2K or 1080P, will work better for any Video Game! A single DisplayPort interface can support up to four monitors at 1920-by-1200-pixel resolution each, or two monitors at 2560-by-1600-pixel resolution, with each display receiving independent audio and video streams. And since some GPUs can support multiple DisplayPort interfaces, you can daisy-chain compatible monitors to connect as many as six displays to one source. More complex Games come to life using the DisplayPort because the best High Speed HDMI Cable: Provides more bandwidth, and can carry video with a resolution of 1080p or higher (up to 4096 by 2160, but at a maximum refresh rate of just 24Hz, which is fine for movies, but terrible for games). This type of cable can also handle 3D video, so use it when possible to play all of your favorite games until they update the DisplayPort and stick with that for your games! I believe the DisplayPort Hardware can be updated with a BIOS update and a up to date cable, the standard has been 1.2 for ever now and the new cable will be 1.3 or 2.0! HDMI can handle a single video stream and a single audio stream, so it can drive only one display at a time. That’s fine if you use a single monitor or a TV, but many people use more than one display these days. These use cases aren’t limited to stockbrokers keeping one eye on a ticker and the other on news headlines, either. Many gamers use two or more monitors simultaneously. And once you become accustomed to having multiple screens on your desk, you won't want to go back. Hope is not lost!
