@EricWitrigs So I did manage to switch the screen and it works when turned on, and it charges fine. However, when the case is closed it doesn't charge and overheats, the battery also drains faster. Would appreciate any suggestions.

I followed the steps and This is the Best video ever. Easy and clear!!!!! My Iphone Xs MAX works perfect now !!!

Only issue with is there was no step to reprogram the new panel since this is a swap over. The new panel would be be registered with the iphone and the true tone option will be disabled.
